Nito Labs Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") provides its services through the Pino mobile application ("Pino", "Service"). Before using our Services, please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully, along with any other policies we may provide.
By accessing or using Pino, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use Pino. Pino is not intended to provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Decisions to engage in cryptocurrency transactions should be taken independently and with an understanding of the risks involved.
Our Privacy Policy, available here, describes how we collect, use, and share information associated with your use of Pino. By using Pino, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms within Pino or through other communications. Your continued use of Pino after such changes have been notified will constitute your consent to those changes.
To use Pino, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must not be located in or a citizen of any jurisdiction where your use of Pino would be illegal or otherwise violate any applicable laws.
Pino is a non-custodial wallet that allows you to securely hold, send, and receive cryptocurrencies, and interact with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. You are solely responsible for managing your private keys and any security measures related to your wallet.
You may not use Pino in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party's use of Pino. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Pino, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to Pino, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
We retain all rights in the intellectual property of Pino, including any software, applications, trademarks, text, and graphics used in connection with Pino. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Pino strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Pino is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Pino will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use Pino; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on Pino; (iii) any content obtained from Pino; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Pino, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Pino is unavailable at any time or for any period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
